  • Pricing may vary depending on condition and size of logs 
  • Typically hardwood is $.35 per bf/softwood is $.30 per bf
    (price based on 4/4 rough cut lumber)
  • 2/4 - 3/4 rough cut lumber $.25 per Lft.
  • Sawmill set-up fee is $100
  • There is a $35 charge for damaged or broken blades due to foreign objects (nails,wire,bullets)
  • We also provide machinery to handle boards and logs if agreed upon
  • We can also pick up logs and cut at our site delivering the boards back to you
